答案就是:你不要试图,也非必要去证实你的种种思想。你所要做的就是分清事情的好坏,抑制消极维持积极。无论什么时间只须你感觉不对,立即停止它。比如,假如你咒骂某事,那样事情非常可能往你不期望的那个方向进步,如此你的怨言就会愈加多。只须你认识到咒骂对你没好处,那样尽力让它停止。
