如何理解as many使用方法

这里出现的asmany显然是asmany as的省略使用方法，但，我的疑问是这种结构语序说法

atleast as many Turks 正不正确？是不是应该是and at least Turks asmany 呢？

1. 括号内的成分省略是最容易见到的，也是倡导的，以防止重复。

2. at least 固定一体，不可分开，用来修饰数词或其他概数词。

3. at least as many Turks 正确，不需要怀疑。
