注意到aim target intend mean这几个词都有被动形式，如be aimed at,be targeted at...但当主语是物时，主动和被动形式都有用，请问有没意义或使用方法上有什么区别
例：The paper is targeted specifically at young people.
The adverts target yoof culture.
一个及物动词的主动语态和被动语态，只不过语态上有什么区别，对谓语动词的“施事者”和“同意者”，强调的对象不同而已，动词词义没发生任何变化。比如，网友的两个句子都可以转换为相反的语态，而意思不变，只不过在翻译上按主动被动，灵活翻译即可：
The paper is targeted specifically at young people.
这份报纸专门针对青年。
= The newspaper office （报社）targets the paper specifically at young people.
The adverts target yoof culture.
这类广告针对青年的文化。
= Yoof culture is targeted by the adverts.
同理，aim 也是如此的使用方法，比如：
Our economic plan is aimed at strengthening the middle-class.
大家的经济计划致力于巩固中产阶级的地位。
= We aim our economic plan at strengthening the middle-class.
