China keeps outbound tour ban
出入境团队游暂不恢复
The Chinese mainland is maintaining the suspension of outbound group tours and inbound tourism due to the high risk of a resurgence of coronavirus infections this winter.
文化和旅游部十月21日发布公告称，因为今年冬天新冠肺炎疫情反弹的风险较高，暂不恢复出境团队旅游和入境游业务。
A notice issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Wednesday said operators of travel agencies must normalize control and prevention measures, and cannot offer services to nonresident foreigners. Outbound group tours are also forbidden.
公告称，旅游企业需要坚持正常的状态疫情防控手段，不能为很住外籍人士提供旅游服务，也不能经营出境团队游业务。
The ministry suspended domestic and overseas group tours by travel agencies on Jan 24 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
因为新冠疫情暴发，今年1月24日，文旅部需要各旅游企业中止经营国内与出入境团队游业务。
Inter-provincial group tours have resumed since July, as the epidemic is well under control within the country.
伴随疫情得到有效控制，7月起国内跨省团队旅游已经恢复。
