this one，that one，the one 和指示代词 this，that有什么区别：

1. this one：其中one指代有关名词，等于this book, this car。比如：
That shirt is too small; I prefer this one. 那件衬衣太瘦了，我喜欢这件。
2. that one：其中one指代有关名词，等于that book, that car。比如：
This shirt is too small; I prefer that one. 这件衬衣太瘦了，我喜欢那件。
3. the one：指代特定的人或物，既能够是相同种类同物，也可以是相同种类不同物，而且后面通常有定语修饰，比如：
She is the one we are looking for. 她就是大家要找的人。
关于指示代词this, that, these, those的使用方法（详细）：
（1）表示近指和远指
this,these指时间或空间较近的人或物；that,those可指时间或空间较远的人或物。
This is my book and that is yours.这是我的书，那是你的。
I dont like these gloves.Could you please show me those ones?
我不喜欢这类手套，能否把那些拿给我看一看？
（2）指提到过的或将要提到的事
指提到过的事情或已经完成的事情用that;指将要提到的事情或马上要发生的事情用this。

（3）that,those常常用来代替上文已提到过的名词，以防止重复
that代指不可数名词或可数名词单数，those代指可数名词复数。

This coat is larger but cheaper than that on the TOP hanger.
这件外套比衣架最上边的那件大而且实惠。（that代替coat）
The climate of China is quite similar to that of the USA.

The days in summer are longer than those in winter.

【特别注意】
that代替可数名词单数时等同于the one,后接of或in等引导的介词短语；those代替可数名词复数时等同于the ones。
（4）与表时间的名词搭配
①this与某些名词连用表示“现在的具体时间”。
this morning 今天早晨 this afternoon今天下午 this evening今天晚上
this week本周 this month这个月 this spring 今年春季
②that与某些名词连用表示“过去的具体时间”。
that morning那天早晨 that afternoon那天下午 that evening那天晚上

③these与某些名词连用表示“与现在有关的一段时间”。
these days现在，现在 these years这类年 these months这类月
④those与某些名词连用表示“与过去有关的一段时间”。

（5）其他使用方法
①this,that可与of短语连用，表示厌烦、不满、赞叹等感情色彩。
This computer of yours is doing fine.你的这部电脑非常不错用。
I dont like that cat of his.我不喜欢他的那只猫。
②英国人打电话时，this指自己，that指他们。
Hello.This is Amy.Who is that speaking?喂，你好！我是艾米。你是哪位？
【特别注意】
that还可用作副词，意为“这么”、“那样”，修饰形容词或副词，其使用方法与so类似。
I cant walk that far.我走不了那样远。
